Data files: 

pirsf_descript.04_10_24:  
      PIRSF description file, including AC(PIRSF#), ID, DE, TP, PMID, DOMAIN
pirsf_members.04_10_24: 
      List of members, including PIRSF#, CRC64 code, Protein AC#, status(1/0)
      ( Status=0 is for the member which can not be detected by the model) 
pirsf.dat: 
      data needed for the scan program pirsf.pl
sf_hmm_new: 
      SF hmm file in gzip format 
sf_hmm_subf:
      Sub-family hmm file in gzip format
pirsf_pos.04_10_24:
      Match position, including PIRSF#, Protein AC, start_pos, end_pos, e-value

Note: 


Major changes have been made for PIRSF, which include the followings:
1. Add sub-families
2. Replace cut-off for hmm search by a set of conditions that related to the sequence length,
   overlap, hmm score and their mean and std ( see pirsf.pl for detail)

The scan program pirsf.pl and format of data file pirsf.dat have been changed.

Please note that the hmm files: sf_hmm_new and sf_hmm_subf do not cover the previous PIRSFs.
They are not compatible with the previous one.
