      Match position, including PIRSF#, Protein AC, start_pos, end_pos, e-value

Note: 
pirsf_descript.04_04_23, pirsf_members.04_04_23 and pirsf_pos.04_04_23 contain the 
information for the 137 new SFs while pirsf.dat, dm_hmm.gz and 
dm_hmm.gz have the information for all 549 SFs. The original hmm 
files should be replaced by these hmm files.
