Please note that the PRO FTP site is no longer updated, and will soon be decommissioned. 
The up-to-date resource for downloads is https://proconsortium.org/download/current/. 
In addition to manual downloads via the web site, files can be downloaded using wget on 
the command line. We recommend using the PRO persistent URLs for this purpose, decribed 
at http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/pr/purls.
