UniprotKB to RefSeq/Entrez_gene mapping files (based on pre-release 2026_01 data)

The mapping files in this directory includes 1) the mappings from the new method, 
and 2) the original mappings excluding the ones with different gene names.

Please note that, for the virus proteins, we don't exclude the mappings with different gene names.
