UniprotKB to RefSeq/Entrez_gene  (release 2026_01)

The mapping files are in:
        https://ftp.proteininformationresource.org/databases/idmapping/refseq/
There are four sub-directories:
	1. ~/original
	2. ~/fixed    (exclude the records in 1 which have different gene names)
	3. ~/new      (based on the new method)
	4. ~/all      (combine 2 and 3)
